Direct Pay Rates



We are pleased to offer the following discounted fees for those without Insurance coverage:



• New Patient Screening Physical (includes medical history review, lab draw,, EKG, and full physical exam):    $180

• Screening Physical (includes lab draw, EKG, and full physical exam): $160

• New Patient Urgent Visit:   $90

• Urgent Visit:    $70

• Follow up for an Urgent Visit:   $40

• Routine scheduled appointment for management of a condition:   $60

• All uninsured fees are paid at time of service. We accept Cash, Credit Card, Check, and Paypal. Extra fees may apply if further testing or treatments are needed.
